hvacrepairrockwall.net is a free referral service. It does not perform HVAC work. It connects property owners with independent, licensed HVAC contractors serving Rockwall County and the surrounding communities in Texas. It does not employ technicians, own equipment, or carry out repairs, installations or inspections.
The Relationship Between You and the Contractor
Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor. This site is not a party to it. Specifically, this site does not:
- set, negotiate or control contractor pricing;
- schedule, supervise or inspect the work performed;
- warrant or guarantee any contractor's workmanship, parts, timeliness or conduct;
- employ, control or direct any contractor; or
- accept payment from you for HVAC work.
Pricing, scheduling, warranty terms, insurance and licensing are agreed directly with the contractor who attends. Any dispute about work performed is between you and that contractor.
Licensing
Air conditioning and refrigeration work in Texas requires a contractor licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Technicians handling refrigerant must hold EPA Section 608 certification. This site holds no license and requires none, as it performs no work.
We ask contractors to be appropriately licensed and insured, and we encourage you to verify that yourself before work begins through the TDLR public license search. We do not independently audit or continuously monitor the license status of every contractor in the network, which is precisely why we recommend you check.
Information on This Site
The guides, service pages and area pages are general information about HVAC systems and North Texas conditions. They are not a diagnosis of your system and cannot be. No article can substitute for a licensed contractor inspecting the equipment in front of them.
All prices shown are typical local ranges for guidance only and are not quotes. Actual pricing depends on your specific system, its condition, access, parts availability and the contractor. Efficiency standards, refrigerant regulations and cost ranges change over time; where a figure has an effective date, that date is stated so you can check whether it is current.
Nothing on this site is legal, insurance or financial advice. Content regarding insurance claims, including hail damage, describes general practice and is not a representation about your policy. Coverage decisions rest with your insurer.

Calls to the number on this site may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By calling, you consent to that recording and to your information being shared with the contractor referred to you. See the privacy policy.
How This Site Is Funded
The service is free to you. This site is compensated by contractors and lead networks that receive the calls it generates. This is disclosed in the footer of every page and explained on the about page.
No Reviews or Ratings
This site publishes no customer reviews, testimonials, star ratings or aggregate rating markup, because it has performed no work and therefore has no customers. Any review purporting to be from this site is not genuine.
Limitation of Liability
This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, it is not liable for any loss or damage arising from work performed by a contractor, from reliance on general information published here, or from any interruption to the site or the telephone service.
Emergencies
If you smell gas, hear a carbon monoxide alarm, or face any immediate risk to life or property, call 911 and your utility provider. This site is not an emergency service.
Governing Law and Changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If they change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
